Comments: I'm writing this because I am really surprised by how many people are not happy with this product. It really is great! I would guess that those who were not happy with it weren't patient enough with it. You have to spend about an hour the first time you use it, trying the different motions on areas of your face and applying different amounts of pressure in order to find out what works best for you. I wet my face at the sink for a few minutes with warm water and use it, and it works fine, but it works best after/during taking a shower or a bath. This product totally beats boiling water and using a blemish extractor to get rid of your blackheads. And, it's cheaper than buying tons of those Biore strips and it works even better. I used the pore cleaner on my husband, and he even likes it! One more important note: It also says on the package that you need to use it for a month in order to really get all the blackheads clean. I'd say it took about 2 weeks on me. From what I have read in the other reviews, the folks who didn't like this product expected perfection in one use. You won't get it all taken care of in one use, but you will notice an improvement that just gets better with more use. Regarding skin type, this is obviously best on people with oily skin and combo skin (that's me). However, folks with dry skin could still use it and enjoy it as it gives the face a nice massage and toning. I hope this helps!

Comments: I got this product as a gift and was very happy about it...until a tried it. When you read what it can do, it sounds great, just don't try it.
First of all I wouldn't call it a massager, but more like a vibrator that numb your whole body in about 2 minutes.
The neck "massager" don't even try, if you don't want your brain hop out of your head!
After me jumping off this massager horrified, 4 of my family members tried it too, but none were satisfied with it.
The heating feature is pretty good, but since I already have a heating pad - that you can actually get for much less money - I've decided to return this item. ;o(

I like rain and ocean best. Radio quality is good on am and fm; I like the telescoping antenna which gives the compact unit a feel like a radio-remote control device. Only the clock will run on battery so the power cord is needed for radio and sound making the total weight impractical for an overnight bag. Comments: I would never have bought this for myself; my mother-in-law got it for me for Christmas. I was skeptical and didn't even take it out of the packaging for a while. I don't have artificial nails and consider myself to be pretty low maintainence in the beauty department. Anyway, I decided that I should give it a whirl and I have to admit that it works very well. If you're just using it on your natural nails, it does shape, file, and buff effectively and only takes a few minutes. It is very easy to use and has 2 speeds so that you can file quickly or more slowly. I've always had okay nails - no major problems, but certainly nothing spectacular. After using this manicure kit, my nails are all equal in length/shaped the same and tend to break and chip much less. I haven't had a nail break for months and I haven't used any polish during that whole time. It also does a great job of pushing back your cuticle. If you're looking for an easy way to get better looking nails, give this kit a try! PS. It does need a longer cord - get a short extension to go with it!

Comments: The HoMedics IR-600 massager is lightweight and easy-to-use. I have used this massager to "work out" tight neck and shoulder muscles. On those occasions when I have had nerve pain running from my neck, through my shoulder, and down into my arm, I have worked the massager over a small area at a time and have found great relief when using the product in conjunction with eucalyptus oil (great for nerve pain).
The massager is long enough for the user to reach down to about the middle of the back. It is useful for those seeking an invigorating massage (try all of the six attachments to determine which ones work best for you), as well as for those wo want relief from pain.
The heating element is sufficient to provide some warmth -- it never really gets hot enough to redden or harm the skin.
The massager uses AC power -- no batteries.

There is a feature that says it will maintain the temp. of the water, but it doesn't, it gets cold quick. The manicure massager is ok, but it is in an awkward place. The vibration and the bubbles are nice but that's about it. Also, there should be a selection for bubbles only (without vibration). And there is NO fill line as the directions say!

Comments: I was quite happy with this product, and felt that I got a really good deal from amazon.com, with the free shipping and discount, and coupon that I had.
My wife was previously soaking her feet on occassion with bowls and buckets found around the house. This equipment made that much nicer! The only drawback is that it does not heat the water for you. You have to put hot water in it to begin with. The Infared heat will simply keep the water warm. It also can get a little heavy with the water in it, but it is easy to empty assuming you can lift a fair amount of weight. Seniors might have trouble though.
Overall easy and fun to use, and good bag for the buck!

Main negative point I have is about the sounds - many of them are NOT soothing. There is one good water one, but most of them are annoying. Comments: As many others have reported with similar products, the suction cups don't work well with non-stick tub surfaces. But boy, when you turn the thing on, it simply does not matter. The bubbles are so amazingly strong (even on low), it's hard to hear the motor several feet away. And it provides just enough heat--the water does eventually cool down, but *much* more slowly than an ordinary bath would. It's a great value for the money, feeling way better than some of the tiny jets in hotel-room tubs.
I recommend you get one, but make sure it's this model (which also included a remote control and vibrating bath pillow).

Comments: I love whirlpool tubs. Whenever we travel (and we travel a LOT), my husband tries to get me a jacuzzi suite. It's such a swell way to relax after a day of touring the town, especially if I've been on my feet all day.
I've been pestering him to install a whirlpool tub at home, but you know what they cost. So I decided to try the Conair bath spa until we saved enough pennies.
All I can say is -- LOLOL! It might be comparable to a whirlpool tub if you bought 4 of them and perched them all around the tub. Otherwise, it just doesn't move much water around. I suppose it's better than nothing, but not by much. I can barely feel the current. To say I'm underwhelmed would be an understatement. It was fun to play with, and it was nice as a REMINDER of some of the swell whirlpool baths I've relaxed in, but it just doesn't approach the real thing, and it's a lot of bother for so little pleasure. You have to be pretty desperate to think this is fabulous, although I'll probably continue to use it until I get a real whirlpool tub. In hindsight, I should have saved the money I spent to put in the piggybank for the real thing. Either that, or I shoulda bought four of them!

Comments: Reviews of similar bath spa products mention problems with noise, suction cups, and cleaning.
These issues exist, but I believe they are minimal when comparing cost with product.
I find this to be a very good value.
I was impressed at how strong the jets really are. I was expecting much less power from this mat that seems more like a pool toy than a "spa".
The pressure was surprisingly strong and massaging.
In fact, my nearby book (which I had intended to read while soaking) went untouched as the only thing I wanted to do while using the spa was close my eyes.
All of the suction cups do not stay in place, this is true -- but I found it was only a minor inconvenience.
I had no problems with the cleaning -- as you need only to spend an extra minute pooling the water near a hole and turning the blower on. This takes no strength, not much time, and really should be expected of any product like this.
Regarding noise. Yes... it is noisy. But so is being in a real jacuzzi tub. In fact, if you had a jacuzzi tub in your home you would be dealing with even more noise.
These things are not quiet.
My biggest single complaint is that you are not supposed to use any kind product in the bath water.
No soap, oils, salts, or gels of any kind should be used.
This means you are not going to be cleaning or moisterizing at the same time you are "spa-ing".
Therefore, you might end up bathing twice in an evening.
That is a pretty big inconvenience... but... all in all I think [$$$]or such a powerful at-home jacuzzi experience is an excellent deal.

Comments: I bought this unit at local store about week ago, had to return it for the following reasons:
1) Very bad manual/instruction
2) Very inacurate timer setting
3) Requires purified water or distilled water
4) The cool mist isn't nearly as cool as we thought
5) Last but no least, it stopped working on my second try.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the only product on the market that has the warm/cool facial spa capability. Sigh, a good idea ruined by bad engineering.

Comments: After reading all the reviews I was alittle wary on buying the product, but after months I bought it anyways. I had no problems with the suctions cups sticking (I got the tub wet first and step all over the mat to ensure suction before starting the bath). Although I agree they should have provided bigger suction cups. The motor is pretty loud, especially on high or during the program - my husband stated we should have just reversed our vaccum. However being such a large motor, it did produce alot of bubbles. Our heat option felt pretty cool, maybe I didn't leave it on long enough to warm up. The cleaning process was a piece of cake - I don't really understand all the complaints. All in all, I'm glad I got it -- it makes a decent jacuzzi bath for those who don't have one.

Comments: This Paraffin spa comes with everything you need to protect your hands and feet from winter's dry weather at less than half the price of the competition.
If you are new to paraffin treatments, they are simple and luxurious. After the wax melts (which unfortunately takes six hours due to the generous six pounds (!) of paraffin provided), you dip your hands or feet (clean them first) in and out of the paraffin about six times, building up multiple layers of warm, moisturizing wax. You then put your hands or feet into one of the 60 plastic liners provided, then into a cloth insulation pouch (also provided) and enjoy 15-20 minutes or so of healing warmth.
After the treatment is over, you have a wax "glove" that comes off easily and you can recycle back into the paraffin spa or into the trash.
The treatments are addictive, and this was the perfect gift for my wife, who says it is actually healing her chronically chapped hands!
I also love it for warming my chronically cold extremities.
Unfortunately, this model is so darn popular that it sells out quickly, so if you find one, buy it!

Comments: What a wonderful gift for the person who spends so much time in the tub that her friends know not to call in the mornings and interrupt her reading the newspaper in the bath! Nevertheless, last night, I took the plunge and was pleasantly surprised with a relaxing soak. Comments: Although wax units are messy and time consumning they make your hands feel great. This unit is really too small. You have to almost stand up and place one hand in to cover the whole hand. If you are sitting down you can't bend your wrist enough to cover it. Large units may cost abit more but you can cover up to your wrist and use on your feet as well.
