Summary: Disappointing,Waste of$!Exercises not as the title suggested
Comments: There are hundreds of fitness video targeting for thighs, butt, stomach but I couldn't find any tapes tagaretting on arms and chests. So I decided to order this tape from amazon at once.
I was very exciting when I received it so I immediately put it in my machine, then after 5 mins of gabbling(her accent is annoying btw), the actual workout still has not begun. Then I realised some of the exercises required a bench but it hasn't been mentioned on the tape cover. Worst is, the whole workout is only 35 mins long, so I was left with less than 10 mins for each exercises group after all the "introduction". I wouldn't hv complained if the exercises are effective and/or if Cory has brought in something new, but these are just standard exercises that u can easily find in a fashion magazine(note: not even fitness magazine)

Summary: Definitely Not One of My Favorites
Comments: I like exercise videos that are easy to follow from beginning to end, yet challenging at the same time. I found the aerobics section of this video to be confusing; the toning section was ok. I'm sure I could get the hang of the routine if I used it more often, but I have other videos that I enjoy a whole lot more. If you're like me and you don't want to spend precious time stopping constantly because you've gotten off track, don't purchase this video.

Comments: This vhs was a very well defined video that helps out in ways you would never understand unless you bought it yourself. It made my chest and abs toned like they've never been. I just want to say that this tape has made me the man I wanted to be. Not to mention how much my dating life has gone up. I really appreciate what the instructor did for me. You should at least try this out. It works!

Summary: Fast moving, but intense workout
Comments: This video is a great arm workout. There is a short warm up and stretch before you jump right into the chest exercises (you will need a step to do the incline and flat chest flys). Then the video moves on to shoulders with plenty of exercises to make them burn. The last part of the video concentrates on triceps and biceps with a little forearm work. The 2 instructors are very encouraging and move very quickly from one exercise to the next, but they do take some time to do a couple quick streches in between sets. The actual workout is alittle over 20 minutes, and your muscles will definitely burn when you are done !
